Workouts for the Whole Body

Since it is Spring Break, I wanted to TRY my BEST to find some workouts that I know I CAN do! I looked through all my pins in my Health & Fitness category. After going through them all, I wanted one document that I could use every day while working out. It seems that when I go work out, I forget all the exercises and how to do them.
